Terms of Service
Who we are
ClipForge is a product of Nexora Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ClipForge.
What ClipForge does
You give ClipForge a video, by upload or by link. It transcribes the video, selects moments likely to work as short-form clips, adds captions, and renders vertical clips. You can edit any of it before rendering, and publish the results to accounts you connect.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Content you have the right to use
You may only process videos you own or have permission to use. Every project asks you to confirm this before it runs, and that confirmation is recorded.
Do not use ClipForge on someone else's content without their permission. If we receive a credible complaint that you have, we may remove the material and suspend the account.
Your videos and the clips made from them remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. We process them only to provide the service.
Publishing to other platforms
When you publish a clip to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, that platform's own rules apply on top of these terms — including the YouTube Terms of Service. A platform can reject, remove or age-restrict anything you upload, and we have no control over that.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes 60 minutes of processing a month and adds a watermark. Starter is $19 a month for 150 minutes, Pro is $49 a month for 500 minutes; neither adds a watermark. Minutes count the total length of the clips you render.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies. If we change a price, we will tell existing subscribers at least 30 days beforehand and the new price takes effect at the next renewal.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel at any time from Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for; we do not refund partial months. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a paid feature does not work and we cannot fix it, email us within 14 days and we will refund you.
Fair use
Do not try to get around plan limits, overload the service, resell it as your own, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI output
ClipForge uses AI to choose moments, write titles and produce captions. It gets things wrong sometimes: captions can mishear words, and a suggested title may not suit you. Review clips before you publish them. You are responsible for what you post.
Availability
We work to keep ClipForge running, but it is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Processing long videos takes time and depends on services we do not control. We may add, change or remove features.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using ClipForge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On closure we delete your videos, clips and connection tokens.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and we will email active subscribers before a significant change takes effect.
